Our software is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista & Windows 7, with a minimum requirement of a PII and 128 mb of RAM.
The software is NOT Apple Macintosh compatible

| How knowledgeable do you need to be to use the program? |
| Some electrical knowledge is essential, but because of the new smart technology in Installation Design, the program will design in full compliance. |
| How do I get technical help if I need it? |
| Online support is available. You will need to submit a Support Ticket via our website support system. We aim to respond to all support tickets, by email, within 24 hours. |
| Are there any maintenance charges to pay? |
| No, there are inexpensive care packages which would entitle you to all future upgrades! |

After your order has been processed you will receive a temporary user name and password to access the download section of our website, this will be valid for 30 days from the date of download. You will receive a hard copy CD within 7 days which has instructions on how to receive a permanent licence key.
